Sahih Bukhari 4708 – English Translation
Surat Bani Israel and Al-Kahf and Mary are among my first old property (in term of eloquence and use of figurative language) and I have learnt them by heart for ages. Hadrat Ibn-e-Abbas رضی اللہ عنہما says: ''فَسَيُنْغِضُونَ'': Soon they will shake their heads jesting towards you. The other people say: ''نَغَضَتْ سِنُّكَ'' i.e. your tooth has become loose.
Sahih Bukhari 4708 – Urdu Translation
سورۃ بنی اسرائیل، سورۃ الکہف اور سورۃ مریم کے متعلق کہا کہ یہ اول درجہ کی عمدہ نہایت فصیح و بلیغ سورتیں ہیں اور میری پرانی یاد کی ہوئی ( آیت ) «فسينغضون» کے متعلق ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا کہ اپنے سر ہلائیں گے اور دوسرے لوگوں نے کہا کہ یہ «نغضت سنك» سے نکلا ہے یعنی تیرا دانت ہل گیا۔

حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ فِي بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَالْكَهْفِ وَمَرْيَمَ إِنَّهُنَّ مِنَ الْعِتَاقِ الأُوَلِ، وَهُنَّ مِنْ تِلاَدِي. قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ {فَسَيُنْغِضُونَ} يَهُزُّونَ. وَقَالَ غَيْرُهُ نَغَضَتْ سِنُّكَ أَىْ تَحَرَّكَتْ.
