Sahih Bukhari 3954 – English Translation
The believers who failed to join the Ghazwa of Badr and those who took part in it are not equal (in reward). means that those who did not participate in the Battle of Badr cannot be equal to those who participated in the Battle of Badr.
Sahih Bukhari 3954 – Urdu Translation
( سورۃ نساء کی اس آیت سے ) «لا يستوي القاعدون من المؤمنين» جہاد میں شرکت کرنے والے اور اس میں شریک نہ ہونے والے برابر نہیں ہو سکتے۔ وہ لوگ مراد ہیں جو بدر کی لڑائی میں شریک ہوئے اور جو اس میں شریک نہیں ہوئے۔
Sahih Bukhari 3954 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ، أَنَّ ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَهُمْ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مِقْسَمًا، مَوْلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ {لاَ يَسْتَوِي الْقَاعِدُونَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ} عَنْ بَدْرٍ، وَالْخَارِجُونَ، إِلَى بَدْرٍ.
