Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) manumitted Safiyya رضی اللہ عنہا and regarded her manumission as her Mahr.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حضرت صفیہ رضی اللہ عنہا کو آزاد کیا اور ان کی آزادی کو ان کا مہر قرار دیا ۔

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، وَشُعَيْبِ بْنِ الْحَبْحَابِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَعْتَقَ صَفِيَّةَ، وَجَعَلَ عِتْقَهَا صَدَاقَهَا.
