Sahih Bukhari 1802 – English Translation
"Whenever Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) returned from a journey, he, on seeing the high places of Medina, would make his she-camel proceed faster; and if it were another animal, even then he used to make it proceed faster." Narrated Humaid that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to make it proceed faster out of his love for Medina. Narrated Anas: As above, but mentioned the walls of Medina instead of the high places of Medina. Al-Harith bin `Umar agrees with Anas.
Sahih Bukhari 1802 – Urdu Translation
جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سفر سے مدینہ واپس ہوتے اور مدینہ کے بالائی علاقوں پر نظر پڑتی تو اپنی اونٹنی کو تیز کر دیتے ، کوئی دوسرا جانور ہوتا تو اسے بھی ایڑ لگاتے ۔ ابوعبداللہ امام بخاری نے کہا کہ حارث بن عمیر نے حمید سے یہ لفظ زیادہ کئے ہیں کہ ” مدینہ سے محبت کی وجہ سے سواری تیز کر دیتے تھے ۔ “ ہم سے قتیبہ نے بیان کیا ، کہا ہم سے اسماعیل بن جعفر نے بیان کیا ، ان سے حمید طویل نے اور ان سے انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے ، انھوں نے ( درجات کے بجائے ) «جدرات» کہا ، اس کی متابعت حارث بن عمیر نے کی ۔

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي حُمَيْدٌ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَنَسًا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، يَقُولُ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا قَدِمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ فَأَبْصَرَ دَرَجَاتِ الْمَدِينَةِ أَوْضَعَ نَاقَتَهُ ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ دَابَّةً حَرَّكَهَا , قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد اللَّهِ : زَادَ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍحَرَّكَهَا مِنْ حُبِّهَا ، حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ جُدُرَاتِ : تَابَعَهُ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ.
