Wiladat Mola Ali:
The most agreed upon reference exists in the Sunni book, mustadrak al hakim, hadith number 6044. I am attaching image below from book.
Hakim Neishaburi writes down in his book, Mustadrak, Vol. 3, Hikmat 6044: “numerous and definite quotations narrate that Fatimah Bint Asad has delivered Imam Ali (PBUH) inside the Kaaba.”

Mutazili Shia Ibn Abi al-Hadid(died 650 AH) stated: The Muhadditheen do not accept that Ali(ra) was born inside Ka’aba. In their view only Hakeem bin Hizam was born inside Ka’aba. [Sharh Nahjul Balagha, vol 1, page 9].
