Sahih Bukhari 3050 – English Translation
When he came as the war captives of Badr, he heard the Prophet (ﷺ) reciting 'Surat-at-Tur' in the Maghrib prayer.

وہ بدر کے قیدیوں کو چھڑانے آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئے ( وہ ابھی اسلام نہیں لائے تھے ) انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ میں نے سنا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مغرب کی نماز میں سورۃ الطور پڑھی ۔

حَدَّثَنِي مَحْمُودٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ـ وَكَانَ جَاءَ فِي أُسَارَى بَدْرٍ ـ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقْرَأُ فِي الْمَغْرِبِ بِالطُّورِ.
