Sahih Bukhari 5113 – English Translation
Khaula bint Hakim رضی اللہ عنہا was one of those ladies who presented themselves to the Prophet (ﷺ) for marriage. `Aisha رضی اللہ عنہ said, "Doesn't a lady feel ashamed for presenting herself to a man?" But when the Verse: "(O Muhammad) You may postpone (the turn of) any of them (your wives) that you please,' (33.51) was revealed, " `Aisha رضی اللہ عنہ said, 'O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I do not see, but, that your Lord hurries in pleasing you.' Abu Saeed, Moaddib, Muhammad bin Bishr, Abdullah from Hisham and he from Urwah bin Zubair and he has reported it from Hadrat Aishah رضی اللہ عنہا and every one has narrated it from the other with a bit addition.
Sahih Bukhari 5113 – Urdu Translation
حضرت خولہ بنت حکیم رضی اللہ عنہا ان عورتوں میں سے تھیں جنہوں نے اپنے آپ کو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لئے ہبہ کیا تھا ۔ اس پر حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا کہ ایک عورت اپنے آپ کو کسی مرد کے لئے ہبہ کرتے شرماتی نہیں ۔ پھر جب آیت ترجی من تشاء منھن ( اے پیغمبر ! تو اپنی جس بیوی کو چاہے پیچھے ڈال دے اور جسے چاہے اپنے پاس جگہ دے ) نازل ہوئی تو میں نے کہا ، یا رسول اللہ ! اب میں سمجھی اللہ تعالیٰ جلد جلدآپ کی خوشی کو پورا کرتا ہے ۔ اس حدیث کو ابوسعید ( محمد بن مسلم ) ، مؤدب اور محمد بن بشر اور عبدہ بن سلیمان نے بھی ہشام سے ، انہوں نے اپنے والد سے ، انہوں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کیا ہے ۔ ایک نے دوسرے سے کچھ زیادہ مضمون نقل کیا ہے ۔
Sahih Bukhari 5113 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلاَمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ كَانَتْ خَوْلَةُ بِنْتُ حَكِيمٍ مِنَ اللاَّئِي وَهَبْنَ أَنْفُسَهُنَّ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ أَمَا تَسْتَحِي الْمَرْأَةُ أَنْ تَهَبَ نَفْسَهَا لِلرَّجُلِ فَلَمَّا نَزَلَتْ {تُرْجِئُ مَنْ تَشَاءُ مِنْهُنَّ} قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا أَرَى رَبَّكَ إِلاَّ يُسَارِعُ فِي هَوَاكَ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْمُؤَدِّبُ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ وَعَبْدَةُ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ يَزِيدُ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ.
