Sahih Bukhari 3413 – English Translation
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No slave (of Allah) should say that I am better than Yunus bin Matta." So the Prophet mentioned his father's name with his name.
Sahih Bukhari 3413 – Urdu Translation
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ کسی شخص کے لئے مناسب نہیں کہ مجھے یونس بن متی سے بہتر قرار دے ۔ آپ نے ان کے والد کی طرف منسوب کر کے ان کا نام لیا تھا ۔

حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَا يَنْبَغِي لِعَبْدٍ أَنْ يَقُولَ إِنِّي خَيْرٌ مِنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ مَتَّى ". وَنَسَبَهُ إِلَى أَبِيهِ.
