Sahih Bukhari 3026 – English Translation
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Do not wish to meet the enemy, but when you meet face) the enemy, be patient."
Sahih Bukhari 3026 – Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا دشمن سے لڑنے بھڑنے کی تمنا نہ کرو ‘ ہاں ! اگر جنگ شروع ہو جائے تو پھر صبر سے کام لو ۔
Sahih Bukhari 3026 – Arabic Text
وَقَالَ أَبُو عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ تَمَنَّوْا لِقَاءَ الْعَدُوِّ، فَإِذَا لَقِيتُمُوهُمْ فَاصْبِرُوا ".
