Auzu billahi in Arabic:

 It is commanded in Quran and exact words are in hadith. Following is the verse in which Allah order us to recite Auzu billahi before reciting the Quran.

(16:98)فَإِذَا قَرَأْتَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ فَٱسْتَعِذْ بِٱللَّهِ مِنَ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنِ ٱلرَّجِيمِ

So when you recite the Qur’ān, [first] seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the expelled [from His mercy].[16:98]
