Sahih Bukhari 970 – English Translation
While we were going from Mina to `Arafat, I asked Anas bin Malik رضی اللہ عنہ , about Talbiya, "How did you use to say Talbiya in the company of the Prophet?" Anas said: "People used to say Talbiya and their saying was not objected to and they used to say Takbir and that was not objected to either. "
Sahih Bukhari 970 – Urdu Translation
میں نے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے تلبیہ کے متعلق دریافت کیا کہ آپ لوگ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے عہد میں اسے کس طرح کہتے تھے ۔ اس وقت ہم منیٰ سے عرفات کی طرف جا رہے تھے ، انہوں نے فرمایا کہ تلبیہ کہنے والے تلبیہ کہتے اور تکبیر کہنے والے تکبیر ۔ اس پر کوئی اعتراض نہ کرتا ۔

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الثَّقَفِيُّ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَنَسًا وَنَحْنُ غَادِيَانِ مِنْ مِنًى إِلَى عَرَفَاتٍ عَنِ التَّلْبِيَةِ كَيْفَ كُنْتُمْ تَصْنَعُونَ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ كَانَ يُلَبِّي الْمُلَبِّي لاَ يُنْكَرُ عَلَيْهِ، وَيُكَبِّرُ الْمُكَبِّرُ فَلاَ يُنْكَرُ عَلَيْهِ.
