نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ( جمعہ میں ) دو خطبے دیتے اور دونوں کے بیچ میں بیٹھتے تھے ۔ ( خطبہ جمعہ کے بیچ میں یہ بیٹھنا بھی مسنون طریقہ ہے ) ۔

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَخْطُبُ خُطْبَتَيْنِ يَقْعُدُ بَيْنَهُمَا.
