Sahih Bukhari 740 – English Translation
The people were ordered to place the right hand on the left forearm in the prayer. Abu Hazim said, "I knew that the order was from the Prophet (ﷺ) ."
Ismail said: This statement is 'ascribed to' and did not say: "Sahl ascribed this statment ".
Sahih Bukhari 740 – Urdu Translation
لوگوں کو حکم دیا جاتا تھا کہ نماز میں دایاں ہاتھ بائیں کلائی پر رکھیں ، ابوحازم بن دینار نے بیان کیا کہ مجھے اچھی طرح یاد ہے کہ آپ اسے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تک پہنچاتے تھے ۔
اسماعیل بن ابی اویس نے کہا کہ یہ بات آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تک پہنچائی جاتی تھی یوں نہیں کہا کہ پہنچاتے تھے ۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّاسُ يُؤْمَرُونَ أَنْ يَضَعَ الرَّجُلُ الْيَدَ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى ذِرَاعِهِ الْيُسْرَى فِي الصَّلاَةِ. قَالَ أَبُو حَازِمٍ لاَ أَعْلَمُهُ إِلاَّ يَنْمِي ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم. قَالَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ يُنْمَى ذَلِكَ. وَلَمْ يَقُلْ يَنْمِي.
