Sahih Bukhari 5891 – English Translation
I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying. "Five practices are characteristics of the Fitra: circumcision, shaving the pubic hair, cutting the moustaches short, clipping the nails, and depilating the hair of the armpits."
Sahih Bukhari 5891 – Urdu Translation
میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سناآپ نے فرمایا کہ پانچ چیزیں ختنہ کرانا ، زیر ناف مونڈنا ، مونچھ کترانا ، ناخن ترشوانا اور بغل کے بال نوچنا پیدائشی سنتیں ہیں ۔

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " الْفِطْرَةُ خَمْسٌ الْخِتَانُ، وَالاِسْتِحْدَادُ، وَقَصُّ الشَّارِبِ، وَتَقْلِيمُ الأَظْفَارِ، وَنَتْفُ الآبَاطِ ".
