Sahih Bukhari 5463 – English Translation
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, If supper is served and the Iqama for (Isha) prayer is proclaimed, start with you supper first." Hadrat Ibn-e-Umer رضی اللہ عنہما has also reported likewise from the prophet ﷺ.
Sahih Bukhari 5463 – Urdu Translation
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جب رات کا کھانا سامنے رکھ دیا گیا ہو اور نماز بھی کھڑی ہو گئی ہو تو پہلے کھانا کھاؤ ۔ اور ایوب سے روایت ہے ، ان سے نافع نے ، ان سے حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے اور ان سے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسی کے مطابق ۔

حَدَّثَنَا مُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا وُضِعَ الْعَشَاءُ وَأُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ فَابْدَءُوا بِالْعَشَاءِ ".
