Sahih Bukhari 5442 – English Translation
"When Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) died, we had been satisfied by the two black things, i.e., dates and water."

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی وفات ہو گئی اور ہم پانی اور کھجور ہی سے ( اکثر دنوں میں ) پیٹ بھرتے رہے ۔

وَقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورِ ابْنِ صَفِيَّةَ، حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمِّي، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَقَدْ شَبِعْنَا مِنَ الأَسْوَدَيْنِ التَّمْرِ وَالْمَاءِ.
