Sahih Bukhari 5151 – English Translation
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The stipulations most entitled to be abided by are those with which you are given the right to enjoy the (women's) private parts (i.e. the stipulations of the marriage contract).
Sahih Bukhari 5151 – Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا تمام شرطوں میں وہ شرطیں سب سے زیادہ پوری کی جانے کے لائق ہیں جن کے ذریعہ تم نے شرمگاہوں کو حلال کیا ہے ۔ یعنی نکاح کی شرطیں ضرور پوری کرنی ہو گی ۔

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، هِشَامُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَحَقُّ مَا أَوْفَيْتُمْ مِنَ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ تُوفُوا بِهِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ ".
