Sahih Bukhari 5024 – English Translation
The Prophet (ﷺ) I said, "Allah does not listen to a prophet as He listens to a prophet who recites the Qur'an in a loud and pleasant tone." Sufyan said, "This saying means: a prophet who regards the Qur'an as something that makes him dispense with many worldly pleasures."
Sahih Bukhari 5024 – Urdu Translation
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ نے کوئی چیز توجہ سے نہیں سنی جتنی توجہ سے اپنے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو بہترین آواز کے ساتھ قرآن مجید پڑھتے سنا ہے ۔ سفیان بن عیینہ نے کہا یتغنی ٰ سے مراد ہے کہ قرآن پر قناعت کرے ۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَا أَذِنَ اللَّهُ لِشَىْءٍ مَا أَذِنَ لِلنَّبِيِّ أَنْ يَتَغَنَّى بِالْقُرْآنِ ". قَالَ سُفْيَانُ تَفْسِيرُهُ يَسْتَغْنِي بِهِ.
