Sahih Bukhari 4961 – English Translation
Allah's Prophet said to Ubai bin Ka`b, "Allah has ordered me to recite Qur'an to you." Ubai said, "Did Allah mention me by name to you?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Yes." Ubai رضی اللہ عنہ said, "Have I been mentioned by the Lord of the Worlds?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Yes." Then Ubai burst into tears.
Sahih Bukhari 4961 – Urdu Translation
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ابی بن کعب سے فرمایا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے مجھے حکم دیا ہے کہ تمہیں قرآن کی ( سورۃ لم یکن ) پڑھ کر سناؤں۔ انہوں نے پوچھا کیا اللہ نے آپ سے میرا نام بھی لیا ہے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ ہاں۔ ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ بولے تمام جہانوں کے پالنے والے کے ہاں میرا ذکر ہوا؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ ہاں اس پر ان کی آنکھوں سے آنسو نکل پڑے۔
Sahih Bukhari 4961 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي دَاوُدَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الْمُنَادِي، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لأُبَىِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ " إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُقْرِئَكَ الْقُرْآنَ ". قَالَ آللَّهُ سَمَّانِي لَكَ قَالَ " نَعَمْ ". قَالَ وَقَدْ ذُكِرْتُ عِنْدَ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ قَالَ " نَعَمْ ". فَذَرَفَتْ عَيْنَاهُ.
