Sahih Bukhari 4956 – English Translation
The commencement of (the Divine Inspirations to) Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was in the form of true dreams. The Angel came to him and said, "Read! In the Name of your Lord Who has created all exists), has created man from a clot. Read! And your Lord is Most Generous, Who has taught (the writing) by the pen. (96.1-4)
Sahih Bukhari 4956 – Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی نبوت کی ابتداء سچے خوابوں سے کی گئی اور کہا «اقرأ باسم ربك الذي خلق * خلق الإنسان من علق * اقرأ وربك الأكرم * الذي علم بالقلم» کہ ”آپ پڑھئے، اپنے پروردگار کے نام کی مدد سے جس نے سب کو پیدا کیا ہے، جس نے انسان کو خون کے لوتھڑے سے بنایا۔ آپ پڑھا کیجئے اور آپ کا پروردگار بڑا کریم ہے، جس نے قلم کو ذریعہ تعلیم بنایا۔“

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، ح وَقَالَ اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ، قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها. أَوَّلُ مَا بُدِئَ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الرُّؤْيَا الصَّادِقَةُ جَاءَهُ الْمَلَكُ فَقَالَ {اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ * خَلَقَ الإِنْسَانَ مِنْ عَلَقٍ * اقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ الأَكْرَمُ * الَّذِي عَلَّمَ بِالْقَلَمِ}
