Sahih Bukhari 4692 – English Translation
`Abdullah bin Mas`ud رضی اللہ عنہ recited "Haita laka (Come you)," and added, "We recite it as we were taught it."مثواه'': his abode. ''ألفيا'': found. ''ألفوا آباءهم'' and ''ألفينا'' is from it. Hadrat Ibn-e-Masoud reads ''بَلْ عَجِبْتَ وَيَسْخَرُونَ'' .
Sahih Bukhari 4692 – Urdu Translation
عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے «هيت لك» پڑھا اور کہا کہ جس طرح ہمیں یہ لفظ سکھایا گیا ہے۔ اسی طرح ہم پڑھتے ہیں۔ «مثواه» یعنی اس کا ٹھکانا، درجہ۔ «ألفيا» یعنی پایا اسی سے ہے۔ «ألفوا آباءهم» اور «ألفينا» ( دوسری آیتوں میں ) اور ابن مسعود سے ( سورۃ الصافات ) میں «بل عجبت ويسخرون» منقول ہے۔

حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ هَيْتَ لَكَ قَالَ وَإِنَّمَا نَقْرَؤُهَا كَمَا عُلِّمْنَاهَا {مَثْوَاهُ} مُقَامُهُ {أَلْفَيَا} وَجَدَا {أَلْفَوْا آبَاءَهُمْ} {أَلْفَيْنَا} وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ {بَلْ عَجِبْتَ وَيَسْخَرُونَ}
