Sahih Bukhari 4270 – English Translation
I fought in seven Ghazwat (i.e. battles) along with the Prophet (ﷺ) and fought in nine battles, fought by armies dispatched by the Prophet. Once Abu Bakr رضی اللہ عنہ was our commander and at another time, Usama رضی اللہ عنہ was our commander.
Sahih Bukhari 4270 – Urdu Translation
میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ہمراہ سات غزووں میں شریک رہا ہوں اور نو ایسے لشکروں میں شریک ہوا ہوں جو آپ نے روانہ کئے تھے۔ ( مگر آپ خود ان میں نہیں گئے ) کبھی ہم پر ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ امیر ہوئے اور کسی فوج کے امیر اسامہ رضی اللہ عنہ ہوئے۔

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمٌ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَلَمَةَ بْنَ الأَكْوَعِ، يَقُولُ غَزَوْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم سَبْعَ غَزَوَاتٍ، وَخَرَجْتُ فِيمَا يَبْعَثُ مِنَ الْبُعُوثِ تِسْعَ غَزَوَاتٍ، مَرَّةً عَلَيْنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، وَمَرَّةً عَلَيْنَا أُسَامَةُ.
