Sahih Bukhari 4248 – English Translation
The Prophet (ﷺ) gave (the land of) Khaibar to the Jews (of Khaibar) on condition that they would work on it and cultivate it and they would have half of its yield.
Sahih Bukhari 4248 – Urdu Translation
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے خیبر ( کی زمین و باغات وہاں کے ) یہودیوں کے پاس ہی رہنے دیئے تھے کہ وہ ان میں کام کریں اور بوئیں جوتیں اور انہیں ان کی پیداوار کا آدھا حصہ ملے گا۔

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ أَعْطَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَيْبَرَ الْيَهُودَ أَنْ يَعْمَلُوهَا وَيَزْرَعُوهَا، وَلَهُمْ شَطْرُ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا.
