Sahih Bukhari 4237 – English Translation
Abu Huraira رضی اللہ عنہ came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and asked him (for a share from the Khaibar booty). On that, one of the sons of Sa`id bin Al-`As said to him, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Do not give him." Abu Huraira رضی اللہ عنہ then said (to the Prophet (ﷺ) ) "This is the murderer of Ibn Qauqal." He said, "How strange! A guinea pig coming from Qadum Ad-Dan!"
Sahih Bukhari 4237 – Urdu Translation
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور آپ سے ( خیبر کی غنیمت میں سے ) حصہ مانگا۔ سعید بن عاص کے ایک لڑکے ( ابان بن سعید رضی اللہ عنہ ) نے کہا: یا رسول اللہ! انہیں نہ دیجئیے۔ اس پر ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ یہ شخص تو ابن قوقل کا قاتل ہے۔ ابان رضی اللہ عنہ اس پر بولے حیرت ہے اس «وبر» ( بلی سے چھوٹا ایک جانور ) پر جو قدوم الضان پہاڑی سے اتر آیا ہے۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ، وَسَأَلَهُ، إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَنْبَسَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَسَأَلَهُ، قَالَ لَهُ بَعْضُ بَنِي سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ لاَ تُعْطِهِ. فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ هَذَا قَاتِلُ ابْنِ قَوْقَلٍ. فَقَالَ وَاعَجَبَاهْ لِوَبْرٍ تَدَلَّى مِنْ قَدُومِ الضَّأْنِ.
