Sahih Bukhari 4184 – English Translation
Ibn `Umar رضی اللہ عنہما assumed Ihram and said, "If something should intervene between me and the Ka`ba, then I will do what the Prophet (ﷺ) did when the Quraish infidels intervened between him and (the Ka`ba). Then Ibn `Umar رضی اللہ عنہما recited: "You have indeed in Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) A good example to follow." (33.21)
Sahih Bukhari 4184 – Urdu Translation
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے احرام باندھا اور کہا کہ اگر مجھے بیت اللہ جانے سے روکا گیا تو میں بھی وہی کام کروں گا جو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کیا تھا۔ جب آپ کو کفار قریش نے بیت اللہ جانے سے روکا تو اس آیت کی تلاوت کی کہ «لقد كان لكم في رسول الله أسوة حسنة» ”یقیناً تم لوگوں کے لیے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی زندگی بہترین نمونہ ہے۔“

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ أَهَلَّ وَقَالَ إِنْ حِيلَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُ لَفَعَلْتُ كَمَا فَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حِينَ حَالَتْ كُفَّارُ قُرَيْشٍ بَيْنَهُ. وَتَلاَ {لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ}
