Sahih Bukhari 4157, 4158 – English Translation
The Prophet (ﷺ) accompanied by more than one thousand Conmpanions, set out and when they reached Dhul-Hulaifa, he garlanded and marked his Hadi and assumed the state of Ihram for Umrah. I cannot count the time I have heard this Hadith from Sufyan till I heard him say: I forget from Zuhri the mentioning of garlanding and marking. I am not sure whether I have forgotten the place of marking and garlanding or the complete Hadith.
Sahih Bukhari 4157, 4158 – Urdu Translation
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم صلح حدیبیہ کے موقع پر تقریباً ایک ہزار صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہم کو ساتھ لے کر روانہ ہوئے۔ جب آپ ذوالحلیفہ پہنچے تو آپ نے قربانی کے جانور کو ہار پہنایا اور ان پر نشان لگایا اور عمرہ کا احرام باندھا۔ میں نہیں شمار کر سکتا کہ میں نے یہ حدیث سفیان بن یسار سے کتنی دفعہ سنی اور ایک مرتبہ یہ بھی سنا کہ وہ بیان کر رہے تھے کہ مجھے زہری سے نشان لگانے اور قلادہ پہنانے کے متعلق یاد نہیں رہا۔ اس لیے میں نہیں جانتا ‘ اس سے ان کی مراد صرف نشان لگانے اور قلادہ پہنانے سے تھی یا پوری حدیث سے تھی۔
Sahih Bukhari 4157, 4158 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ مَرْوَانَ، وَالْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ، قَالاَ خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَامَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ فِي بِضْعَ عَشْرَةَ مِائَةً مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ قَلَّدَ الْهَدْىَ وَأَشْعَرَ وَأَحْرَمَ مِنْهَا. لاَ أُحْصِي كَمْ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ سُفْيَانَ حَتَّى سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ لاَ أَحْفَظُ مِنَ الزُّهْرِيِّ الإِشْعَارَ وَالتَّقْلِيدَ، فَلاَ أَدْرِي ـ يَعْنِي ـ مَوْضِعَ الإِشْعَارِ وَالتَّقْلِيدِ، أَوِ الْحَدِيثَ كُلَّهُ.
