Narrated Anas bin Malik: The Prophet said, Spitting in the mosque is a sin and its expiation is to bury it.
Urdu Text:
ہم سے آدم بن ابی ایاس نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے، کہا ہم سے قتادہ نے کہا کہ میں نے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ مسجد میں تھوکنا گناہ ہے اور اس کا کفارہ اسے ( زمین میں ) چھپا دینا ہے۔
Arabic Text:
حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : الْبُزَاقُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ خَطِيئَةٌ وَكَفَّارَتُهَا دَفْنُهَا .
