Sahih Bukhari 4031 – English Translation
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had the date-palm trees of Bani Al-Nadir burnt and cut down at a place called Al-Buwaira. Allah then revealed: "What you cut down of the date-palm trees (of the enemy) Or you left them standing on their stems. It was by Allah's Permission." (59.5)
Sahih Bukhari 4031 – Urdu Translation
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بنی نضیر کے کھجوروں کے باغات جلوا دیئے تھے اور ان کے درختوں کو کٹوا دیا تھا۔ یہ باغات مقام بویرہ میں تھے اس پر یہ آیت نازل ہوئی «ما قطعتم من لينة أو تركتموها قائمة على أصولها فبإذن الله» ”جو درخت تم نے کاٹ دیئے ہیں یا جنہیں تم نے چھوڑ دیا ہے کہ وہ اپنے جڑوں پر کھڑے رہیں تو یہ اللہ کے حکم سے ہوا ہے۔“

حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ حَرَّقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَخْلَ بَنِي النَّضِيرِ وَقَطَعَ وَهْىَ الْبُوَيْرَةُ فَنَزَلَتْ {مَا قَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ لِينَةٍ أَوْ تَرَكْتُمُوهَا قَائِمَةً عَلَى أُصُولِهَا فَبِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ}
