Sahih Bukhari 3987 – English Translation
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The good is what Allah gave us later on (after Uhud), and the reward of truthfulness is what Allah gave us after the day (of the battle) of Badr."
Sahih Bukhari 3987 – Urdu Translation
آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”خیر و بھلائی وہ ہے جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے ہمیں احد کی لڑائی کے بعد عطا فرمائی اور خلوص عمل کا ثواب وہ ہے جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے ہمیں بدر کی لڑائی کے بعد عطا فرمایا۔

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى،، أُرَاهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " وَإِذَا الْخَيْرُ مَا جَاءَ اللَّهُ بِهِ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ بَعْدُ، وَثَوَابُ الصِّدْقِ الَّذِي آتَانَا بَعْدَ يَوْمِ بَدْرٍ ".
