Sahih Bukhari 3862 – English Translation
I heard Sa`id bin Zaid bin `Amr bin Nufail رضی اللہ عنہ saying in the mosque of Al-Kufa. "By Allah, I have seen myself tied and forced by `Umar رضی اللہ عنہ to leave Islam before `Umar رضی اللہ عنہ himself embraced Islam. And if the mountain of Uhud could move from its place for the evil which you people have done to `Uthman رضی اللہ عنہ , then it would have the right to move from its place."
Sahih Bukhari 3862 – Urdu Translation
میں نے کوفہ کی مسجد میں سعید بن زید بن عمرو بن نفیل رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا ، وہ کہہ رہے تھے کہ ایک وقت تھا جب حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے اسلام لانے سے پہلے مجھے اس وجہ سے باندھ رکھا تھا کہ میں نے اسلام کیوں قبول کیا لیکن تم لوگوں نے حضرت عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ جو کچھ کیا ہے اس کی وجہ سے اگر احد پہاڑبھی اپنی جگہ سے سرک جائے تو اسے ایسا کرنا ہی چا ہئے ۔
Sahih Bukhari 3862 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ نُفَيْلٍ، فِي مَسْجِدِ الْكُوفَةِ يَقُولُ وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنِي وَإِنَّ عُمَرَ لَمُوثِقِي عَلَى الإِسْلاَمِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْلِمَ عُمَرُ، وَلَوْ أَنَّ أُحُدًا ارْفَضَّ لِلَّذِي صَنَعْتُمْ بِعُثْمَانَ لَكَانَ مَحْقُوقًا أَنْ يَرْفَضَّ.
