Sahih Bukhari 3706 – English Translation
The Prophet (ﷺ) said to 'Ali رضی اللہ عنہ , "Will you not be pleased from this that you are to me like Aaron was to Moses علیہ السلام?"
Sahih Bukhari 3706 – Urdu Translation
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ سے فرمایا کہ کیا تم اس پر خوش نہیں ہو کہ تم میرے لیے ایسے ہو جیسے حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام کے لیے حضرت ہارون علیہ السلام تھے ۔

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِعَلِيٍّ " أَمَا تَرْضَى أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنِّي بِمَنْزِلَةِ هَارُونَ مِنْ مُوسَى ".
