Sahih Bukhari 3630 – English Translation
The Prophet (ﷺ) had informed us of the death of Ja`far and Zaid رضی اللہ عنہما before the news of their death reached us, and his eyes were shedding tears.

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے جعفر بن ابی طالب اور زید بن حارثہ رضی اللہ عنہما کی شہادت کی خبر پہلے ہی صحابہ کو سنا دی تھی ، اس وقت آپ کی آنکھوں سے آنسو جاری تھے ۔

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلاَلٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَعَى جَعْفَرًا وَزَيْدًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجِيءَ خَبَرُهُمْ، وَعَيْنَاهُ تَذْرِفَانِ.
