Sahih Bukhari 3444 – English Translation
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Jesus, seeing a man stealing, asked him, 'Did you steal?, He said, 'No, by Allah, except Whom there is None who has the right to be worshipped' Jesus said, 'I believe in Allah and suspect my eyes."
Sahih Bukhari 3444 – Urdu Translation
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ، عیسیٰ ابن مریم علیہما السلام نے ایک شخص کو چوری کرتے ہوئے دیکھا پھر اس سے دریافت فرمایا تو نے چوری کی ہے ؟ اس نے کہا ہرگز نہیں ، اس ذات کی قسم جس کے سوا اور کوئی معبود نہیں ۔ حضرت عیسیٰ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا کہ میں اللہ پر ایمان لایا اور میری آنکھوں کو دھوکا ہوا ۔
Sahih Bukhari 3444 – Arabic Text
وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " رَأَى عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ رَجُلاً يَسْرِقُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ أَسَرَقْتَ قَالَ كَلاَّ وَاللَّهِ الَّذِي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ. فَقَالَ عِيسَى آمَنْتُ بِاللَّهِ وَكَذَّبْتُ عَيْنِي ".
