Sahih Bukhari 3379 – English Translation
The people landed at the land of Thamud called Al-Hijr along with Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and they took water from its well for drinking and kneading the dough with it as well. (When Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) heard about it) he ordered them to pour out the water they had taken from its wells and feed the camels with the dough, and ordered them to take water from the well whence the she-camel (of Prophet Salih) used to drink.
Sahih Bukhari 3379 – Urdu Translation
صحابہ نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ثمود کی بستی حجر میں پڑاؤ کیا تو وہاں کے کنوؤں کا پانی اپنے برتنوں میں بھر لیا اور آٹا بھی اس پانی سے گوندھ لیا ۔ لیکن حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں حکم دیا کہ جو پانی انہوں نے اپنے برتنوں میں بھر لیا ہے اسے انڈیل دیں اور گندھا ہوا آٹا جانوروں کو کھلا دیں ۔ اس کے بجائے حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں یہ حکم دیا کہ اس کنویں سے پانی لیں جس سے صالح علیہ السلام کی اونٹنی پانی پیا کرتی تھی ۔
Sahih Bukhari 3379 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ النَّاسَ نَزَلُوا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَرْضَ ثَمُودَ الْحِجْرَ، فَاسْتَقَوْا مِنْ بِئْرِهَا، وَاعْتَجَنُوا بِهِ، فَأَمَرَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُهَرِيقُوا مَا اسْتَقَوْا مِنْ بِئْرِهَا، وَأَنْ يَعْلِفُوا الإِبِلَ الْعَجِينَ، وَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَسْتَقُوا مِنَ الْبِئْرِ الَّتِي كَانَ تَرِدُهَا النَّاقَةُ. تَابَعَهُ أُسَامَةُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ.
