Sahih Bukhari 3367 – English Translation
When the mountain of Uhud came in the sight of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) he said. "This is a mountain that loves us and is loved by us. O Allah! Abraham made Mecca a sanctuary, and I make (the area) in between these two mountains (of Medina) a sanctuary." Abdullah bin Zaid رضی اللہ عنہ has also reported it from the prophet (ﷺ).
Sahih Bukhari 3367 – Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے احد پہاڑ کو دیکھ کر فرمایا کہ یہ پہاڑ ہم سے محبت رکھتا ہے اور ہم اس سے محبت رکھتے ہیں ۔ اے اللہ ! حضرات ابراہیم علیہ السلام نے مکہ مکرمہ کو حرمت والا شہر قرار دیا تھا اور میں مدینہ کے دو پتھریلے علاقے کے درمیانی علاقے کے حصے کو حرمت والا قرار دیتا ہوں ۔ اس حدیث کو عبداللہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہ نے بھی نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کیا ہے ۔
Sahih Bukhari 3367 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، مَوْلَى الْمُطَّلِبِ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم طَلَعَ لَهُ أُحُدٌ فَقَالَ " هَذَا جَبَلٌ يُحِبُّنَا وَنُحِبُّهُ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَرَّمَ مَكَّةَ، وَإِنِّي أُحَرِّمُ مَا بَيْنَ لاَبَتَيْهَا ". رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم.
