The Prophet (ﷺ) offered the funeral prayer for the dead body of a woman who died during delivery (i.e. childbirth) and he stood by the middle of her body.
ایک عورت ( ام کعب ) زچگی میں مر گئی ، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کی نماز جنازہ پڑھی ، اس وقت آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کے ( جسم کے ) وسط میں کھڑے ہو گئے ۔
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي سُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شَبَابَةُ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، مَاتَتْ فِي بَطْنٍ، فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَامَ وَسَطَهَا.
