Sahih Bukhari 3296 – English Translation
Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri رضی اللہ عنہ said to his father. "I see you are fond of sheep and the desert, so when you want to pronounce the Adhan, raise your voice with it for whoever will hear the Adhan whether a human being, or a Jinn, or anything else, will bear witness, in favor on the Day of Resurrection." Abu Sa`id رضی اللہ عنہ added, "I have heard this from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) ."
Sahih Bukhari 3296 – Urdu Translation
ان سے حضرت ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا میں دیکھتا ہوں کہ تم کو جنگل میں رہ کر بکریاں چرانا بہت پسند ہے ۔ اس لیے جب کبھی اپنی بکریوں کے ساتھ تم کسی بیابان میں موجود ہو اور ( وقت ہونے پر ) نماز کے لیے اذان دو تو اذان دیتے ہوئے اپنی آواز خوب بلند کرو ، کیونکہ مؤذن کی آواز اذان کو جہاں تک بھی کوئی انسان ، جن یا کوئی چیز بھی سنے گی تو قیامت کے دن اس کے لیے گواہی دے گی ۔ حضرت ابوسعید رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ یہ حدیث میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنی تھی ۔
Sahih Bukhari 3296 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي صَعْصَعَةَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ لَهُ " إِنِّي أَرَاكَ تُحِبُّ الْغَنَمَ وَالْبَادِيَةَ، فَإِذَا كُنْتَ فِي غَنَمِكَ وَبَادِيَتِكَ فَأَذَّنْتَ بِالصَّلاَةِ، فَارْفَعْ صَوْتَكَ بِالنِّدَاءِ، فَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَسْمَعُ مَدَى صَوْتِ الْمُؤَذِّنِ جِنٌّ وَلاَ إِنْسٌ وَلاَ شَىْءٌ إِلاَّ شَهِدَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ". قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم.
