Sahih Bukhari 3001 – English Translation
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Journey is a piece of torture, for it disturbs one's sleep, eating and drinking. So, when you fulfill your job, you should hurry up to your family."
Sahih Bukhari 3001 – Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ، سفر کیا ہے گویا عذاب کا ایک ٹکڑا ہے ، آدمی کی نیند ، کھانے پینے سب میں رکاوٹ پیدا کرتا ہے ۔ اس لیے جب مسافر اپنا کام پورا کر لے تو اسے جلدی گھر واپس آ جانا چاہئے ۔
Sahih Bukhari 3001 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ سُمَىٍّ، مَوْلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " السَّفَرُ قِطْعَةٌ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ، يَمْنَعُ أَحَدَكُمْ نَوْمَهُ وَطَعَامَهُ وَشَرَابَهُ، فَإِذَا قَضَى أَحَدُكُمْ نَهْمَتَهُ فَلْيُعَجِّلْ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ ".
