Sahih Bukhari 2921 – English Translation
The Prophet (ﷺ) allowed `Abdur-Rahman bin `Auf and Az-Zubair bin Al-`Awwam رضی اللہ عنہما to wear silk.

نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عبدالرحمٰن بن عوف اور زبیر بن عوام رضی اللہ عنہما کو ریشمی کپڑے پہننے کی اجازت دے دی تھی ۔

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، أَخْبَرَنِي قَتَادَةُ، أَنَّ أَنَسًا، حَدَّثَهُمْ قَالَ رَخَّصَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ وَالزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ فِي حَرِيرٍ.
