Sahih Bukhari 2776 – English Translation
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "My heirs will not inherit a Dinar or a Dirham (i.e. money), for whatever I leave (excluding the adequate support of my wives and the wages of my employees) is given in charity."
Sahih Bukhari 2776 – Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جو آدمی میرے وارث ہیں ‘ وہ روپیہ اشرفی اگر میں چھوڑ جاؤں تو وہ تقسیم نہ کریں ‘ وہ میری بیویوں کا خرچ اور جائیداد کا اہتمام کرنے والے کا خرچ نکالنے کے بعد صدقہ ہے ۔
Sahih Bukhari 2776 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَقْتَسِمْ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا، مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي فَهْوَ صَدَقَةٌ ".
