Sahih Bukhari 2720 – English Translation
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) gave the land of Khaibar to the Jews on the condition that they would work on it and cultivate it and they would get half of its yield.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے خیبر کی زمین یہودیوں کو اس شرط پر دی تھی کہ اس میں کام کریں اور اسے بوئیں تو آدھی پیداوار انہیں دی جایا کرے گی ۔

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ بْنُ أَسْمَاءَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ أَعْطَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَيْبَرَ الْيَهُودَ أَنْ يَعْمَلُوهَا وَيَزْرَعُوهَا، وَلَهُمْ شَطْرُ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا.
