The Prophet (ﷺ) gave the verdict that `Umra is for the one to whom it is presented.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عمرہ کے متعلق فیصلہ کیا تھا کہ وہ اس کا ہو جاتا ہے جسے ہبہ کیا گیا ہو ۔

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَضَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالْعُمْرَى أَنَّهَا لِمَنْ وُهِبَتْ لَهُ.
