Sahih Bukhari 2523 – English Translation
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whoever manumits his share of a slave, then it is essential for him to get that slave manumitted' completely as long as he has the money to do so. If he has not sufficient money to pay the price of the other shares (after the price of the slave is evaluated justly), the manumitted manumits the slave partially in proportion to his share. Hadrat Musaddad, Bash reported this Hadith from Obaidullah briefly.
Sahih Bukhari 2523 – Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جس نے کسی مشترک غلام کے اپنے حصے کو آزاد کیا اور اس کے پاس غلام کی پوری قیمت ادا کرنے کے لیے مال بھی ہے تو پورا غلام اسے آزاد کرانا لازم ہے لیکن اگر اس کے پاس اتنا مال نہ ہو جس سے پورے غلام کی صحیح قیمت ادا کی جا سکے ۔ تو پھر غلام کا جو حصہ آزاد ہو گیا وہی آزاد ہوا ۔ ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا ، ان سے بشر نے بیان کیا اور ان سے عبیداللہ نے اختصار کے ساتھ ۔

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنْ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ فَعَلَيْهِ عِتْقُهُ كُلُّهُ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ يَبْلُغُ ثَمَنَهُ ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ يُقَوَّمُ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَةَ عَدْلٍ ، فَأُعْتِقَ مِنْهُ مَا أَعْتَقَ . حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ اخْتَصَرَهُ.
