Sahih Bukhari 2403 – English Translation
A man pledged that his slave would be manumitted after his death. The Prophet (ﷺ) asked, "Who will buy the slave from me?" Nu'aim bin `Abdullah رضی اللہ عنہ bought the slave and the Prophet (ﷺ) took its price and gave it to the owner.
Sahih Bukhari 2403 – Urdu Translation
ایک شخص نے اپنا ایک غلام اپنی موت کے ساتھ آزاد کرنے کے لیے کہا ۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اس غلام کو مجھ سے کون خریدتا ہے ؟ نعیم بن عبداللہ نے اسے خرید لیا اور آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس کی قیمت ( آٹھ سو درہم ) وصول کر کے اس کے مالک کو دے دی ۔
Sahih Bukhari 2403 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ أَعْتَقَ رَجُلٌ غُلاَمًا لَهُ عَنْ دُبُرٍ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ يَشْتَرِيهِ مِنِّي ". فَاشْتَرَاهُ نُعَيْمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، فَأَخَذَ ثَمَنَهُ، فَدَفَعَهُ إِلَيْهِ.
