Sahih Bukhari 2353 – English Translation
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Do not withhold the superfluous water, for that will prevent people from grazing their cattle."
Sahih Bukhari 2353 – Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا بچے ہوئے پانی سے کسی کو اس لیے نہ روکا جائے کہ اس طرح جو ضرورت سے زیادہ گھاس ہو وہ بھی رکی رہے ۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يُمْنَعُ فَضْلُ الْمَاءِ لِيُمْنَعَ بِهِ الْكَلأُ ".
