Sahih Bukhari 2334 – English Translation
`Umar رضی اللہ عنہ said, "But for the future Muslim generations, I would have distributed the land of the villages I conquer among the soldiers as the Prophet (ﷺ) distributed the land of Khaibar."
Sahih Bukhari 2334 – Urdu Translation
عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا ، اگر مجھے بعد میں آنے والے مسلمانوں کا خیال نہ ہوتا تو جتنے شہر بھی فتح کرتا ، انہیں فتح کرنے والوں میں تقسیم کرتا جاتا ، بالکل اسی طرح جس طرح نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے خیبر کی زمین تقسیم فرما دی تھی ۔

حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ لَوْلاَ آخِرُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا فَتَحْتُ قَرْيَةً إِلاَّ قَسَمْتُهَا بَيْنَ أَهْلِهَا كَمَا قَسَمَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَيْبَرَ.
