Sahih Bukhari 2325 – English Translation
The Ansar said to the Prophet (ﷺ) "Distribute the date palm trees between us and our emigrant brothers." He replied, "No." The Ansar said (to the emigrants), "Look after the trees (water and watch them) and share the fruits with us." The emigrants said, "We listen and obey."
Sahih Bukhari 2325 – Urdu Translation
انصار نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے کہا کہ ہمارے باغات آپ ہم میں اور ہمارے ( مہاجر ) بھائیوں میں تقسیم فرما دیں ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انکار کیا تو انصار نے ( مہاجرین سے ) کہا کہ آپ لوگ درختوں میں محنت کرو ۔ ہم تم میوے میں شریک رہیں گے ۔ انہوں نے کہا اچھا ہم نے سنا اور قبول کیا ۔
Sahih Bukhari 2325 – Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَتِ الأَنْصَارُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم اقْسِمْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ إِخْوَانِنَا النَّخِيلَ. قَالَ " لاَ ". فَقَالُوا تَكْفُونَا الْمَئُونَةَ وَنُشْرِكُكُمْ فِي الثَّمَرَةِ. قَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا.
