Sahih Bukhari 2206 – English Translation
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever pollinates date palms and then sells them, the fruits will belong to him unless the buyer stipulates that the fruits should belong to him (and the seller agrees).
Sahih Bukhari 2206 – Urdu Translation
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جس شخص نے بھی کسی کھجور کے درخت کو پیوندی بنایا ۔ پھر اس درخت ہی کو بیچ دیا تو ( اس موسم کا پھل ) اسی کا ہو گا جس نے پیوندی کیا ہے ، لیکن اگر خریدار نے پھلوں کی بھی شرط لگا دی ہے ( تو یہ امر دیگر ہے ) ۔

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَيُّمَا امْرِئٍ أَبَّرَ نَخْلاً ثُمَّ بَاعَ أَصْلَهَا، فَلِلَّذِي أَبَّرَ ثَمَرُ النَّخْلِ، إِلاَّ أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَهُ الْمُبْتَاعُ ".
