Sahih Bukhari 2204 – English Translation
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If somebody sells pollinated date palms, the fruits will be for the seller unless the buyer stipulates that they will be for himself (and the seller agrees).
Sahih Bukhari 2204 – Urdu Translation
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا اگر کسی نے کھجور کے ایسے درخت بیچے ہوں جن کو پیوندی کیا جا چکا تھا تو اس کا پھل بیچنے والے ہی کا رہتا ہے ۔ البتہ اگر خریدنے والے نے شرط لگا دی ہو ۔ ( کہ پھل سمیت سودا ہو رہا ہے تو پھل بھی خریدار کی ملکیت میں آ جائیں گے ) ۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلاً قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ، إِلاَّ أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ ".
