Sahih Bukhari 2194 – English Translation
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade the sale of fruits till their benefit is evident. He forbade both the seller and the buyer (such sale).

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پختہ ہونے سے پہلے پھلوں کو بیچنے سے منع کیا تھا ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی ممانعت بیچنے والے اور خریدنے والے دونوں کو تھی ۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهَا، نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُبْتَاعَ.
